Tour of Downtown Living
Nine residential properties will be featured on this tour, which begins at 1 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m. There are two ways to experience the flavor of living downtown:
Take a Guided Tour (Advance reservations required for shuttle tours. Space is limited.) Beginning at 1 p.m., a CARTA bus will pick up reserved ticket holders from Miller Plaza and shuttle them on a predetermined route to each featured property. The tour will take two and one-half hours. A tour guide will provide interesting details about each district as you travel around downtown.
Shuttle tickets are $18 for adults and $12 for children 10 and under.
Take the Tour on Your Own
Those who wish to tour at their own pace may visit each stop in any order they choose from 1 to 6 p.m. An informational brochure and directions to each property will be provided. Self-guided tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for children 10 and under.
Renderings, Refreshments & Entertainment in the Waterhouse Pavilion
View renderings of several downtown housing developments that are either under construction or on the drawing board for Downtown Chattanooga. Also, enjoy tasty refreshments from Udder Creamery, and listen to the delightful music of Fletcher Bright and Bob Chuckrow while you wait for the shuttle or make your ticket purchases.
Visit Downtown Open Houses
Downtown’s inventory of housing developments continues to grow. A list of open houses being held on the day of the tour from 1 to 6 p.m. will be available in the Waterhouse Pavilion.
